Allison Brownell Tirres is associate dean of academic affairs and strategic initiatives and associate professor at DePaul University College of Law. She researches and writes in the areas of immigration, citizenship, and civil rights in both historical and contemporary perspectives. She is currently at work on a history of noncitizen civil rights in the 20th century.
