Anna Jacobs

Anna Jacobs works as a freelance political risk consultant on the Maghreb region. She was the Academic Director for SIT Study Abroad program, Field Studies in Journalism and New Media, as well as an adjunct professor at the Ecole de Gouvernance et d’Economie in Rabat, Morocco. She has conducted research on the politics of the Middle East, Moroccan media and civil society, and migration-related issues as a student at the University of Virginia and the University of Oxford and as a Fulbright Scholar in Morocco. She was most recently published with the Brookings Institute’s Markaz Forum, Jadaliyya, and Muftah. icon
