Josh Kun is professor at the University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where he is also the inaugural Chair in Cross-Cultural Communication. His research and practice focus on the arts, music, and politics of cultural connection, with an emphasis on archives, global migration, and Los Angeles. He is author and editor of many books and anthologies, the most recent of which is The Autograph Book of LA: Improvements on the Page of the City (Angel City, 2019), and the curator of numerous art, music, and public-humanities projects.
