Kesewa John

Kesewa John is a PhD student at the University of Chichester and a dissertation fellow at the Université des Antilles, where she coordinates the Translating Blackness project. She is interested in the intersections of Black feminist and Black radical histories of early 20th-century Caribbean activism, and her research focuses on collaborations between French- and English-speaking Caribbean anti-imperialists in the early 20th century and the place of Afro-Caribbean women within Caribbean historical narratives. icon
