Lauren Goodlad
Lauren M. E. Goodlad is Kathryn Paul Professorial Scholar and Professor of English at the University of Illinois, where she directed the Unit for Criticism & Interpretive Theory between 2008 and 2014. Her most recent book is The Victorian Geopolitical Aesthetic: Realism, Sovereignty, and Transnational Experience (2015). Her work on television includes co-editorship of Mad Men, Mad World: Sex, Politics, Style, and the 1960s (2013) and the afterword to “Television for Victorianists,” a special issue of Romanticism and Victorianism on the Net (RaVoN).
