Max Rousseau is a research fellow in political science (CIRAD, UMR CNRS 5281 ART-Dev). Since 2014, he has worked as an assistant professor at the INAU in Rabat, Morocco. He is particularly interested in marginalized territories, in Northern as well as Southern countries.
