Meredith Martin

Meredith Martin is Professor of Art History at New York University and the Institute of Fine Arts. Her work examines early modern French art, empire, and the histories of colonialism and slavery embedded in visual and material culture. She is co-director of Colonial Networks and co-editor of Journal18 with Hannah Williams.
