Simon Stern is Associate Professor of Law and English at the University of Toronto. He is co-editor (with Nan Goodman) of the Ashgate Research Companion to Law and Humanities in Nineteenth-Century America (forthcoming in 2017) and (with Markus Dubber) of the journal Critical Analysis of Law.
