Stephen Macekura is a postdoctoral fellow at the John Sloan Dickey Center for International Understanding at Dartmouth College. He is completing a book on the history of sustainability, environmentalism, and international development to be published by Cambridge University Press, and beginning a new project on the global history of economic growth in the 20th century.
