Animal Studies: The Contest

Do you have a pet who loves to read? Send us their photo for a chance to win a McNally Jackson gift card and PB swag for you and your pet.

 

The Rules:

      • Submit a photo of your literary animal by Wednesday, May 23, 5 PM ET. Email photos to info@publicbooks.org, with the subject line “Animal Studies Contest 2018.” The image should be at least 400 x 600 pixels.
      • Include in your email: animal name, book name, human name, and social media handles. You will be automatically included as a subscriber to the Public Books newsletter.
      • The voting period will begin on Facebook on Friday May 25 at 12 PM ET and close on Monday May 28 at 5 PM ET. Each like will count as a vote, so tell your friends to vote. Be sure to follow Public Books on Facebook so that you can tag your friends to vote when we post your photo.
      • The cat, dog, and other animal with the most likes will be crowned 2018’s Most Studious Animals! Winners will be announced on our newsletter, and receive a gift card to spend at McNally Jackson Books and a Public Books tote bag.
      • To participate: 1. First, make sure you subscribe to our newsletter and follow Public Books on Facebook!  2. Vote for your favorite bookish animal(s) by Liking their photo. Don’t worry, you can Like more than one. Reactions count as a Like.
