Becky E. Conekin teaches modern European history at Yale. Before moving to Yale in 2009, she taught for over a decade at the London College of Fashion. Her book on the model-turned-photographer Lee Miller, Lee Miller in Fashion, will be published in October by Monacelli. She’s currently writing a history of fashion modeling in postwar London.
