Kevin Powers

Kevin Powers’s first novel, Yellow Birds (2012), was voted one of the ten best books of the year by the New York Times. A finalist for the National Book Award, he received the Guardian First Book Award, the Hemingway Foundation/PEN Award, and the Prix Littéraire du Monde in 2013.
